Does it expire?
No. The balance stays on the card until it is used.
What can it be used on?
Anything — a session in the Garden, a private suite, red light, a package or a membership.
How do they receive it?
By email, within seconds of you buying it. If you would rather hand someone something, come by and we will give you a printed card instead.
Can I buy one in person?
Yes. We are at 1915 E MLK Jr Blvd #101, open from 10a daily.
What if the amount does not match the price?
The balance applies to whatever they book and they cover the difference. If they spend less, the rest stays on the card.
Can I choose the amount?
Yes. Checkout offers $25, $35, $50, $70, $100, $150, $175 and $200, and there is an “other amount” box if none of those is right.
